Fish Fry

Ingredients: Fish- 500 gm Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder- 11|2 tsp Corriender powder 2tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Garm masala powder 1/2 tsp Lemon 2 tbs Method: 1. Take a bowl add all dry masala, lemon and oil and make a paste 2. Marriante fish with that paste 3.keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes 4.Take oil in pan. Add the marrinated fish to it. 5. Flip it carefull and add little water if required. 6. Garnish it with corriender leaves and finely chopped green chillis. 7.Serve it with roti.

Crispy Chicken Chilli

Ingredients: Marination: Boneless chicken cut into strips 500gm 1 whole Egg 1/2 cup refined flour( Maida) 1/2cup Corn Flour Red chilli powder 1 tsp salt to taste Black pepper powder 1 tsp Soya sauce 1tbs Capsicum 1 (cut into strips) Ginger 2 inch big( cut into thin strips) Garlic 6 ( Finely chopped) Corn flour 2tbsp mixed with 1/2 cup water Shezwan Chutney 1 tbsp Hot sauce  1tsp Soya sauce 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Chicken Stock  cube(1/2 cube) optional Recipe: Marinate Chicken with egg, refined Flour,  Corn Flour, Red Chilli powder, Black Pepper powder , salt and soya sauce. Keep it in the fridge for 30 mins. Deep Fry the chicken and place it aside. Take oil in the wok. Add garlic, ginger and capsicum, after 2 mins add shezwan chutney, hot sauce, Soya sauce and chicken cube. Now add Corn flour mixed water and cook for 2 mins. Now add the fried chicken to it, And cook for 5 mins. Your Crispy Chicken Chilly is ready. Serve it with Fried Rice

Recipe for Tawa Chicken

INGREDIENTS: Chicken - 500gm boneless stripes Red Chilli Powder- 1 tbsp Corriender powder- 1tbsp Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp Salt- To taste Garam Masala powder- 1tsp Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp Fried onion- 1/4 cup Green chilli finely chopped- 2 Fresh corriender- for garnish RECIPE: 1.Marinate chicken  with redchilli powder, corinder powder, turmeric , salt, Ginger Garlic Paste , Garam Masala Powder.Marinate it for minimum 30 minutes 2 .Take oil in a shallow pan.Add the marinated chicken to it.After chciken is almost done add fried onion to it. Stir the chicken well continuosly and press it with spoon to break chicken in smaller pieces. 3.Now add green chillies and corriender leaves to it. 4.Your dhaba style Tava chicken is ready.Serve it with hot chapati...

Recipe for Pav Bhaji

Photo by Shridhar1000,CC, via Common Wikimedia Ingredients for Pav bhaji (For 3 person) 3 cup small cut potatoes 1 cup carrot 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup peas 1/2 cup capsicum 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup tomato paste 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala ( of any brand) 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste 1 tbsp of butter Procedure for preparing Pav Bhaji: Boil potatoes, carrot, cauliflower peas capsicum together in a cooker or deep pan (by just adding salt and turmeric  and 1 cup water to it) Mash the boiled stuff into fine paste. Heat Butter in a pan. Add onion to it. Fry it and then add tomato paste to it Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, pav bhaji masala and stir it nicely Then add all the mashed stuff to it. Serve it in a serving bowl and add butter on the top. Have it with special pav bhaji bread

Recipe: Cheese Chilly Toast

Ingredients for Cheese Chilly toast (4 piece) 1 cup shredded cheese 1/4 cup milk 1/4 cup chopped tomato 1/4 cup chopped capsicum 1/4 cup chopped onion 1 chopped green chili 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tbsp butter 2 bread slice salt to taste Procedure for making Cheese chilly toast: Heat butter in a pan. Add cheese to it. Add milk to it and stir it to make smooth paste. Add tomato, capsicum, onion, chili, black pepper and salt to it Stir it to make thick paste. Now, apply this paste on two bread slices Bake it in oven at 140 degree for 10 mins Cut it to make triangle piece Serve it with tomato ketchup !

Recipe for Potato and Fenugreek (Aloo Methi)

Cook Time: Prepration time: 10 mins Cook time: 10 mins Yield: For 4 person Aloo Methi  Source: Rumana Saiyed  Ingredients: ·           4 potatoes thinly sliced ·           1 bunch of fenugreek leaves (or half packet of frozen fenugreek) ·           1 tbsp of oil ·           ½ tsp cumin seeds ·           ½ tsp ginger garlic paste ·           ¼ tsp turmeric powder ·           ½ tsp coriander powder ·           Salt to taste ·           2 green chill ( cut into half after splitting it) Instructions: ·           Take oil in a pan. Heat it and add cumin seeds to it. ·           Now add potato and fry it for 3-4 mins and then add ginger garlic paste to it. ·           Add turmeric, coriander powder, salt and chilli to it. Add ½ cup of water and allow it to cook for 8-10 mins ·           Now add fenugreek leaves to it. ·           After 5 mins remove the pan from stove. ·           Serve it and enjoy with Indian Chappati (Bread) I

"Dal" is a Hindi word used for "Lentils". And this recipe has got 5 different lentils in it. So it is called "Dal Fry". It is an Indian traditional Dish. We mostly prefer to have it with Indian Bread or Rice. Cook Time Prep time:   10 min Cook time:   15 min Ready in:   25 min Yields:   For 4-5 person Ingredients for Dal Fry Dal Fry Source: Rumana saiyed 1/2 cup   Tuvar dal 1/2 cup   Masoor dal 1/2 cup   Moong dal 1/2 cup   Chana dal 1/4 cup   Udad dal 1/2 cup   Onion , chopped 1/2 tsp   Cumin seeds 5   Garlic cloves , chopped 2   Red chilli , dry 1/2 tsp   chilli powder 1/4 tsp   Turmeric Powder salt , to taste 1/4 tsp   Garam Masala 2 tbsp   Oil 1 cup   Tomato , paste Instructions for making Dal Fry Wash all the dals (lentils) and boil all of them together in a deep pan (or pressure cooker). Don't beat it after boiling. Put a pan on stove. Add Oil to it. Then add cumin seeds, dry re
