Fish Fry

Ingredients: Fish- 500 gm Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp Oil - 2 tbsp Red chilli powder- 11|2 tsp Corriender powder 2tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Garm masala powder 1/2 tsp Lemon 2 tbs Method: 1. Take a bowl add all dry masala, lemon and oil and make a paste 2. Marriante fish with that paste 3.keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes 4.Take oil in pan. Add the marrinated fish to it. 5. Flip it carefull and add little water if required. 6. Garnish it with corriender leaves and finely chopped green chillis. 7.Serve it with roti.

Recipe for Pav Bhaji

Photo by Shridhar1000,CC, via Common Wikimedia Ingredients for Pav bhaji (For 3 person) 3 cup small cut potatoes 1 cup carrot 1 cup cauliflower 1 cup peas 1/2 cup capsicum 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 cup tomato paste 1 tsp Pav bhaji masala ( of any brand) 1/4 tsp chili powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder salt to taste 1 tbsp of butter Procedure for preparing Pav Bhaji: Boil potatoes, carrot, cauliflower peas capsicum together in a cooker or deep pan (by just adding salt and turmeric  and 1 cup water to it) Mash the boiled stuff into fine paste. Heat Butter in a pan. Add onion to it. Fry it and then add tomato paste to it Then add chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, pav bhaji masala and stir it nicely Then add all the mashed stuff to it. Serve it in a serving bowl and add butter on the top. Have it with special pav bhaji bread

Recipe for Potato and Fenugreek (Aloo Methi)

Cook Time: Prepration time: 10 mins Cook time: 10 mins Yield: For 4 person Aloo Methi  Source: Rumana Saiyed  Ingredients: ·           4 potatoes thinly sliced ·           1 bunch of fenugreek leaves (or half packet of frozen fenugreek) ·           1 tbsp of oil ·           ½ tsp cumin seeds ·           ½ tsp ginger garlic paste ·           ¼ tsp turmeric powder ·           ½ tsp coriander powder ·           Salt to taste ·           2 green chill ( cut into half after splitting it) Instructions: ·           Take oil in a pan. Heat it and add cumin seeds to it. ·           Now add potato and fry it for 3-4 mins and then add ginger garlic paste to it. ·           Add turmeric, coriander powder, salt and chilli to it. Add ½ cup of water and allow it to cook for 8-10 mins ·           Now add fenugreek leaves to it. ·           After 5 mins remove the pan from stove. ·           Serve it and enjoy with Indian Chappati (Bread) I

"Dal" is a Hindi word used for "Lentils". And this recipe has got 5 different lentils in it. So it is called "Dal Fry". It is an Indian traditional Dish. We mostly prefer to have it with Indian Bread or Rice. Cook Time Prep time:   10 min Cook time:   15 min Ready in:   25 min Yields:   For 4-5 person Ingredients for Dal Fry Dal Fry Source: Rumana saiyed 1/2 cup   Tuvar dal 1/2 cup   Masoor dal 1/2 cup   Moong dal 1/2 cup   Chana dal 1/4 cup   Udad dal 1/2 cup   Onion , chopped 1/2 tsp   Cumin seeds 5   Garlic cloves , chopped 2   Red chilli , dry 1/2 tsp   chilli powder 1/4 tsp   Turmeric Powder salt , to taste 1/4 tsp   Garam Masala 2 tbsp   Oil 1 cup   Tomato , paste Instructions for making Dal Fry Wash all the dals (lentils) and boil all of them together in a deep pan (or pressure cooker).
