Fish Fry

Fish- 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder- 11|2 tsp
Corriender powder 2tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garm masala powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon 2 tbs

1. Take a bowl add all dry masala, lemon and oil and make a paste
2. Marriante fish with that paste
3.keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes
4.Take oil in pan. Add the marrinated fish to it.
5. Flip it carefull and add little water if required.
6. Garnish it with corriender leaves and finely chopped green chillis.
7.Serve it with roti.
